Estimates and quotes
Estimates provided through this site, by email, or by message are preliminary and based on the information you give us. Final pricing follows a site visit and an approved scope. All services are subject to project evaluation, approved scope, material and product availability, site conditions, permit requirements, and applicable licensing regulations.
Design concepts and renderings
Design concepts, layouts, renderings, 3D visualizations, and product selections we provide are intended for planning, visualization, and coordination. They are not architectural, engineering, electrical, structural, or permit-ready documents unless prepared, reviewed, or signed by the appropriate licensed professional. When regulated trade work or permits are required, CoreBuild coordinates with properly licensed and insured professionals.
Photos and content
Project photos, text, and the CoreBuild name and logo on this site belong to CoreBuild LLC or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without written consent. Images you send us for planning remain yours; you grant us permission to use them to plan and deliver your project.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and other services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CoreBuild LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on preliminary estimates or planning materials that have not been incorporated into an approved written scope.
