The yard
A fenced backyard with a patio, mature shade trees, and a lawn that had thinned to dirt in the traffic paths.
What we did
Removed the old turf, corrected the grade so water moves away from the patio, and laid new sod across the whole yard. Outdoor improvements do not always mean structures. Sometimes the space just needs to be usable again.
