Galley kitchen refinished with new gold hardware

Dark cabinets refinished in a soft off-white, with new brushed gold pulls in place of the old stainless bars. The backsplash, counters, and appliances stayed.

The room

A long galley kitchen with dark cabinetry on one wall and good natural light that the color was absorbing.

What we did

A cabinet refinish and a hardware swap. The off-white finish lifts the whole wall, and the gold pulls pick up the warm tones already in the mosaic backsplash. Everything else stayed, which kept this to a short project with a big visual change.
