Remodeling in Bradenton
Bradenton has two kinds of houses, and they need two kinds of planning. West of the interstate, the neighborhoods around Palma Sola, West Bradenton, and Bayshore Gardens are full of 1960s through 1980s block homes with galley kitchens, small bathrooms, and closets that were sized for a different era. East of I-75, communities like Heritage Harbour are newer builds with open plans and builder-grade cabinetry that was chosen for cost, not for the family living there.
For the older homes, the most common projects are kitchen remodels that open a galley into the living space, custom cabinetry that finally reaches the ceiling, and bathroom refreshes with new tile and vanities. For the newer homes, it is usually upgrading builder cabinetry, adding a pantry or laundry room system, and finishing the lanai into a real outdoor room.
Built for the Gulf Coast
Humidity and salt air are part of every Bradenton project. We specify finishes and hardware that hold up here, and we plan outdoor work around afternoon rain and summer sun.
How it works here
Send a photo of the room, or an AI image of what you want it to be. We visit, measure, and come back with a plan, a material list, and a cost structure. Then we build it and coordinate any licensed trades the work needs.
