Remodeling in Parrish
Parrish is one of the fastest-growing parts of Manatee County, and nearly every project we do here is in a home that is less than ten years old. New homes come with a predictable list of gaps: wire shelving in every closet, a pantry that is a closet with shelves, builder cabinetry that stops a foot short of the ceiling, and a lanai that is a slab and a screen.
Those gaps are exactly what we fill. Closet systems built in plywood with drawers and lighting. Pantries with pull-outs and a counter for the coffee maker and mixer. Cabinetry extended to the ceiling or replaced with something built for the room. Laundry rooms with a folding counter and hidden hampers. Mudroom lockers by the garage door. And outdoor kitchens and ceilings on the lanai.
