Remodeling in Venice
Venice has a mix of 1950s and 1960s homes on the island, mid-century and 1970s neighborhoods in Venice Gardens and South Venice, condos along the coast, and the newest construction out at Wellen Park. Many of the homes are second homes or seasonal, which changes how a project is planned.
For full-time residents, the work is what it is anywhere: kitchens opened up and rebuilt, bathrooms updated with new tile and vanities, closets and pantries built out. For seasonal owners, the schedule matters as much as the design. We plan projects to run while the house is empty and finish before the owners return, with photo updates along the way.
Aging in place
Venice has a large retiree population, and a lot of our bathroom and kitchen projects here include comfort-height vanities, curbless showers, drawers instead of low cabinets, and better lighting. These are design decisions, not compromises, and they make a house work for longer.
How it works here
Send photos, a sketch, or an AI image. We measure, plan, price, and build, and we can run the whole project while you are away.
