Remodeling in Sarasota
Sarasota cares about design. The Sarasota School of Architecture left the city with a real appetite for clean lines, natural materials, and rooms that are planned rather than filled. That shows up in the projects we get asked for here: flat-panel cabinetry, integrated appliances, built-ins that disappear into the wall, and closets designed like furniture.
The housing stock is varied. Gulf Gate and Arlington Park have mid-century ranches with original kitchens that are due for a full remodel. Downtown and the keys have condos where every inch of storage matters and where building rules shape the schedule. Palmer Ranch and The Meadows have 1990s and 2000s homes with good bones and dated finishes.
Condos and HOA work
Condo projects in Sarasota mean elevator reservations, work-hour limits, and association approvals. We plan around them. Cabinetry is built off site and installed in short windows, and we handle the paperwork the building asks for.
How it works here
Start with an image, a sketch, or a photo of the room. We measure, plan, price, and build. When permits or licensed trades are needed, we coordinate them.
