Remodeling in Orlando
Orlando is CoreBuild’s second market, and it is the reason we work in two languages. The city has one of the largest Brazilian communities in the country, concentrated in Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, and the communities south toward Lake Nona, and a lot of our Orlando clients found us through Portuguese-speaking neighbors.
The housing is mostly newer than the Gulf Coast. Lake Nona, Windermere, and the developments off the 429 are production homes from the last fifteen years with open plans, builder cabinetry that stops short of the ceiling, closets on wire shelving, and screened lanais waiting to become rooms. Winter Park, Baldwin Park, and College Park are the exceptions, with older homes, real trim, and kitchens that deserve cabinetry designed to match.
What we build here
Kitchen cabinetry upgrades in the existing footprint are the most common Orlando project: new doors to the ceiling, an island, new hardware, or a full refinish. Closets and pantries come next, then lanai conversions with outdoor kitchens, which get more use in Orlando’s inland heat than anywhere on the coast.
Working with Orlando HOAs
Most Orlando communities have architectural review for anything visible from outside. Interior work does not need it. For lanai and exterior projects we prepare the application and drawings so approval does not hold up the schedule.
How it works here
Send photos of the room and an AI image, sketch, or inspiration photo of what you want, in English or Portuguese. We measure, plan, price by category, and build. Licensed trades and permits through Orange or Osceola County are coordinated by us.
